Checks and Credit Cards

Checks are welcome from established local patients with a valid Georgia driver's license.  The maximum limit is $300.  If returned, there is a $35 forgiveness fee.

We accept most major credit cards and gift cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept Spa Finder or Spa Wish gift certificates.

Banner ad.gifWe also offer CareCredit to make it easier for you to get the cosmetic enhancements you want, when you want them.  Recognized throughout the medical community, CareCredit offers No Interest and Low Interest Plans.  The CareCredit program now extends for 18 months.
